RTA PI Claims Process – Help & Support My log in does not work. If you are a System Administrator for your organisation, please check your log in details against the registration email you were sent to ensure you are typing the user name and password correctly for the LIVE Portal. Please ensure you are using the correct Live web address rather than the Training website.
