How to Sign Up to the Portal

Organisations wishing to use the RTA PI Claims Portal will need to register.

Access to the Portal is only available to authorised individuals, access being controlled by user-id and password. An organisation needs to register to use the Portal and nominate a contact to act as the System Administrator. The System Administrator will be responsible for issuing and maintaining individual user-ids, together with the contact details for the organisation.

Portal Registration Process

To register for access to the live and training Portal, please click on the relevant registration pack, complete and return to: helpdesk@rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk.

On receipt of the registration pack the Helpdesk will issue you with a Call ID. Please allow up to 5 working days for the process to be completed.

Once complete, your nominated System Administrator will receive an email (with an attached zip file) containing your System Administrator log in details for the Live Portal, together with access details for the training environment, if you have requested these. This e-mail will be sent from rtasupport@mib.org.uk.

Once you have registered, it is recommended you access the members’ area of this website, which will provide you with help and support files.

Training Accounts

Training Accounts are now created and supplied as part of the standard registration process. You should familiarise yourself and your staff with the Portal using the training site before you use the Live system.

In the event your organisation has not been supplied with a training account for your internal learning requirements please complete this Application Form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To help ensure you receive your registration e-mail and reduce the risk of it being blocked by your spam filter please refer to your IT department to ensure they do not get blocked.

If your System Administrator does not receive your registration email within 5 working days of sending your registration pack please contact the Helpdesk on 0844 257 0674 quoting the Call ID.
