How to Sign Up to the Portal

Organisations wishing to use the RTA PI Claims Portal will need to register with IDSL.

We are currently in the process of emailing out live portal log in ID’s and Passwords to all registered organisations. Please be patient and note there is no need to make follow up enquiries about your registration.

It is essential for organisations not yet registered to use the portal to ACT NOW and follow the registration stages below:

Access to the Portal, is available only to authorised individuals, access being controlled by user-id and password. An organisation needs to register to use the portal and nominate a contact to act as the System Administrator. The System Administrator will be responsible for issuing and maintaining individual user-ids, together with the contact details for the organisation.

PLEASE NOTE: It is required for stage one and two outlined below to be completed before you are ready to start utilising the portal. Please note registration to the portal (stage one) is a separate registration to registering to access the help files within the members area of this website (stage two)and both are required to be completed.

Stage One – Portal registration

To register for access to the live portal, please click on the relevant registration pack below, complete and return as soon as possible to: helpdesk@rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk. You will then shortly receive a password encrypted email containing your live log in ID’s and password.

Stage Two – website membership/access to help files registration to this site

To make the most of and to assist you with using the Portal, please click here to register to receive your individual log on details to the members area of this website (www.rtapiclaimsprocess.org.uk) which will provide you with access to support and help files.

Please note website membership log in IDs and passwords will be sent by email from support@rtapiclaimsprocess.org.uk – The username will be your email address and your password will be a selection of upper and lower case letters and numbers. To ensure you receive this email and reduce the risk of it being blocked by your spam filters please add this address to your email address book.

Stage Three – Live system set up

User-id and passwords are currently being issued by IDSL to provide live access to the portal. Please note the user-id and passwords will be issued via an email to your System Administrator (provided at stage one) in a password encrypted email. On receipt of the log in Id’s you will be required to ring a help desk to gain password access.
